Terms of Service

By accessing the Land of Airdrop Telegram miniapp, the corporate site at landofairdrop.com, or any associated smart contract on the TON mainnet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LOA. You must be 18+ to convert LOA Jetton, mint Founder NFTs, participate in BTC prize pool raffles, or enter any promotion with monetary value. Access is prohibited where local law forbids it, including jurisdictions under sanctions by OFAC or the Republic of Turkey.

LOA is an AI-native multi-game studio delivering the Aeternum Fragments universe through a Telegram miniapp and on-chain assets on TON. Rewards are funded by actual ad and survey revenue, a BTC prize pool mechanism, and future in-game economy activity. LOA is not a financial service, not an investment product, and not a security.

The LOA Jetton (TEP-74 on TON mainnet) is a utility token used for in-game features (NFT mints, pool entries, premium access). It does not grant equity, dividend rights, voting over the corporate entity, or any guarantee of value.

Your LOA account is derived from your Telegram identity. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and connected TON wallet. LOA does not custody private keys or seed phrases and cannot recover them on your behalf.

One account per Telegram identity. Multi-accounting, scripted farming, and bot automation are grounds for suspension and forfeiture of unclaimed rewards.

Reward amounts are computed from the revenue share model disclosed on the Tokenomics page (40% users, 20% BTC pool, 10% education fund, 30% platform).

Payouts are subject to anti-fraud review. LOA reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud, abuse of partner networks, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

On-chain transactions (TON transfers, NFT mints) are final once confirmed by the network.

Premium access, boost purchases, and NFT mints may be paid via Telegram Stars or TON. Pricing is displayed at purchase. Telegram Stars purchases are governed by Telegram's refund policy. TON on-chain purchases are final. Refund disputes should be opened within 14 days via Diamondstone@landofairdrop.com.

The Aeternum Fragments lore, the 7 GM agents, artwork, character names, and LOA branding are owned by the Wyoming LLC operating LOA. NFT holders receive the display and personal-use rights granted by the NFT itself; they do not receive trademark or franchise rights.

User-generated content posted in community channels grants LOA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content.

No fraud, abuse of partner ad/survey networks, multi-accounting, reverse-engineering of the miniapp or smart contracts for exploitation, impersonation of LOA staff or GM agents, or harassment of other users. Violations may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of LOA balance, and legal action.

Blockchain assets, including LOA Jetton and Founder NFTs, carry risk. Market value may fall to zero. Smart contracts, though audited, may contain vulnerabilities. Use funds you can afford to lose.

LOA uses third-party AI (Google Gemini 2.0-flash, with Claude as a fallback). AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI output for financial, legal, or medical decisions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOA disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOA's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to LOA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. KVKK (Turkey) applies to Turkish users' personal data. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration seated in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the miniapp and via our Telegram channel at least 14 days before taking effect.
